Uz ovaj umak možete skuhati palentu, krumpir, rižu – po ukusu i servirati uz zelenu salatu!

Uz ovaj umak možete skuhati palentu, krumpir, rižu - po ukusu i servirati uz zelenu salatu!

Sastojci :

svinjska jetrica

pola glavice crvenog luka

2 žličice slatke crvene paprike

1 dcl crnog vina

3 žličice vegeta

2 češnja češnjaka

0,5 l vode

2 žličice koncentrata rajčice

malo brašna

malo vrhnja za kuhanje

 

Na malo ulja pirjati crveni luk.

Kad malo omekša, dodati jetrica izrezana na tanke trakice.

Meso prodinstati sa crvenom paprikom i vegetom oko 5 min., te zaliti crnim vinom i ostaviti da se pirja dok vino ne ispari.

Kad je vino isparilo, zalijati jetrica sa vodom.

Kad jetrica ponovno zakipe, staviti sitno sjeckani češnjak, koncentrat rajčice i malo vrhnja za kuhanje te pirjati još koju minutu.

Pred kraj kuhanja dodati dvije žličice brašna razmućenog u malo vode te kuhati još koju minutu.

 

Uz ovaj umak možete skuhati palentu, krumpir, rižu – po ukusu i servirati uz zelenu salatu!
