70 dag junećih odrezaka

10 dagsuhe slanine

1/2 kg crvenog luka

4-5 češnja češnjaka

2 žličice mljevene crvene slatke paprike

½ žličice mljevene crvene ljute paprike

malo čilija i papra

limunova korica

½ zelene paprike na sitno narezana

1-2 paradajza ili pelati iz konzerve ili

2 žlice koncentrata paradajza iz tube

2 dcl bijelog vina

1govedska Podravka kocka

 

Odreske stanjiti  u vrećici da ne oštetimo vlakna, lagano posolimo i na maslacu prepržim oko  5 min sa svake strane . Jednu stranu prije pečenjauvaljati u brašno i s te strane prvo prepeći. Prepržimo i sitno narezanu slaninu.

Stavimo odreske i preprženu slaninu sa strane i dodamo 1 žlicu maslinova ulja,Tri veća crvena luka(oko ½ kg) narežemo na listiće ili sitno skosamo nožem i stavimo pirjati u široj posudi. .

Vratiti meso u posudu), dodati protisnuti češnjak i 2 žličice crvene mljevene slatke paprike. Promiješajte i kratko prokuhajte. Zatim dodajte zelenu papriku narezanu na sitne kockice, 2 žlice koncentrata rajčice , usitnjeni paradajz svježi ili pelate iz konzerve, 2-3 dcl goveđe juhe koju ste prethodno pripremili od kocke za juhu i lovorov list, vegetu , vino i sve ostale sastojke Ako je potrebno doliti i malo vode jer tijekom kuhanja se pokuha a ako je rijetko zgusniti sa malo brašna ili krušnim mrvicama.
