Sastojci:

1,2-1,5 kg krumpira srednje veličine

80 gsuhe slanine

1 žlica Vegete 

2-3 žlice ulja

Priprema:

Krumpir u ljusci dobro operite i po duljini prerežite napola. Površinu krumpira pospite Vegetom i nakapajte s malo ulja.

Stavite ga na blago nauljen lim i pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180-200°C oko 40 minuta.

Po želji, pred kraj pečenja po površini krumpira složite slaninu narezanu na ploške i još kratko pecite.
