6 većih krumpira

1 manja glavica brokule

2 mrkve

za bešamel umak

10 dkg margarina

6 žlica brašna

3 dcl mlijeka

muškatni oraščić

Priprema:

Krumpir se nareže na ploške i skuha u vodi

  • skuha se i brokula i mrkva…te posloži u vatrostalnu posudu…red krumpira, red brokule sa mrkvom i tako dok se sve ne potroši
  • pripremi se bešamel umak-otopimo margarin, dodamo brašno i muškatni oraščić te zalijemo mlijekom miješajući da ne dobijemo grudice nego lijepu glatku smjesu
  • zalijemo povrće sa umakom
  • zapečemo u pećnici dok ne porumeni
