Sisačko-moslavački župan Ivo Žinić uputio je čestitku u povodu 8. ožujka, Međunarodnog dana žena:

Drage stanovnice Sisačko-moslavačke županije, 8. ožujka je dan kada tradicionalno izražavamo zahvalnost i poštovanje prema ženama.

Dan je to sjećanja na hrabre žene koje su se tijekom povijesti, u iznimno teškim uvjetima, borile za ravnopravnost.Zahvaljujem Vam  na svakodnevnom trudu i požrtvovnosti čime pridonosite izgradnji boljeg svijeta.

U ime svih svojih suradnika i svoje osobno ime svim ženama, a posebno stanovnicama Sisačko-moslavačke županije, čestitam Međunarodni dan žena, poručio je župan koji će 8. ožujka posjetiti  Odjel ginekologije Opće bolnice „Dr. Ivo Pedišić“ Sisak kako bi pacijentice i žensko medicinsko osoblje darivao cvijećem.
